Biography
Kiflu Andarge is a civil engineer with experience in road construction supervision, office engineering and project management. His CV records a Resident Engineer assignment with Big-Vision on the Foque Dhere–Nursing College road in Jigjiga.
His work includes reviewing construction progress and specifications, coordinating supervision teams, checking materials and equipment, preparing reports and liaising with clients and contractors. Earlier assignments include project management and construction department leadership, quantity estimation, interim payment certificates, working drawings and drainage structures.
He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Addis Ababa University’s Institute of Technology. His software skills include AutoCAD, Eagle Point, Excel, Microsoft Project, SAP and ETABS.
